AGRA :

Agra Fort:
Red Fort in Agra situated on the bank of
river Yamuna, can be seen from the Taj Mahal. This is also a worth visiting

to 1571. It is also called as walled city. Agra fort contains the beautiful
palaces both in red sand stones and white marble built over three generations
of Mughal Emperor such as Akbar, Jahangir and Shahjahan. This the fort where Shah
Jahan spent last eight years of his life in home arrest. Shah Jahan was imprisoned
by his own son Aurangjeb.
Fatehpur Sikri:
Fatehpur Sikri is popularly known as
‘Ghost City’ or “Abandoned City” because it was abandoned by its own creator
Mughal emperor Akbar due to the lack of water supply in area and the proximity
to Rajputanas. Constructions started in 1570 and completed in 1585 but it was abandoned
after only 14 years. Fatehpur Sikri is one of the most interesting Mughal monuments
due to its historical and architectural significance.
MATHURA:

Shri Krinsha spent his youth here. There are numerous temples belonging to the different

like Banke Bihari Temple, Rang ji Temple and Iskcon Temple etc.
GOVERDHAN:
Goverdhan is a hill situated near the
town of Vrindavan. This hill is worshiped by hindus due to its historical
significance associated with Lord Krishna. It is belived that, Lord Krishna
lifted Goverdhan Hill and held it up for the protection of his own people or
villagers from the deity Indra. Goverdhan Puja is hugely celebrated here in
large scale a day after hindu festival Diwali in belief that Lord Krishna
defeated deity Indra, A God of Rain & Thunder.
GOKUL:
Gokul is a small town in Mathura district, also a worth

place where lord Krishna spent his childhood past time.
Barsana is a also a small town in proximity to Mathura in the state of Uttara pradesh.It is believed that a favorite Gopi or Gopika , Populary known as Radha spent her childhood here in Barsana.
